BREAKING: UK Government To APPROVE Chelsea Takeover In Hours! (Full Details)

The UK government is set to finally approve Todd Boehly’s Chelsea bid in a matter of hours from now, MySportDab reports.

MySportDab learns that the UK government have finally been assured and guaranteed that Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich will not benefit from the proceeds of the deal.

Recall that the UK government have been hesitant to approve the deal and renew the Blues’ licence over fears of being shortchanged by Abramovich.

The Russian multi-billion-dollar investor was sanctioned by the UK government over alleged links with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Abramovich had reportedly lent the Stamford Bridge club a loan amounting to £1.5billion and was bent on recovering his loan after being stripped of the club’s ownership.

This contradicted his earlier statement that the proceeds of the Chelsea deal would be channelled into humanitarian assistance for victims of the Russian war in Ukraine.

The face-off between Abramovich nearly pushed the Blues out of business, with the UK government threatening not to renew their licence, which was set to expire on May 31st.

Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel had attributed the exit of top Chelsea defender Antonio Rudiger to the takeover crisis at Stamford Bridge.

To allay the fears of the British government, MySportDab learns that there has been a legal agreement to back up Abramovich’s stance that he will not benefit from the proceeds of the deal.

MySportDab learns that the sale proceeds will be funnelled into a frozen account controlled by the British government.

The Todd Boehly-led consortium is also said to be London and were present in the Blues’ 2021/2022 final Premier League game against Watford.

The approval of Todd Boehly’s bid will end Abramovich’s ownership of the Blues, which began in 2003.
