FT: Man City 2-2 Liverpool, Rivalry Ends In DRAW! (VIDEO HIGHLIGHTS)

Man City and Liverpool played out a 2-2 draw in the English Premier League clash, MySportDab reports.

First Half Report

The first half was a good one coming from both teams who did more than enough going forward and they also got something to celebrate.

Kevin De Bruyne gave Man City an early lead in the 5th minute after teaming up with Bernardo Silva who provided the assist as they made the scoreline 1-0 from a good finish.

Liverpool did more than enough which paid off in the 13th minute as Diogo Jota leveled back 1-1 from an amazing team effort with Trent Alexander Arnold who saw them coming back.

The match continued with so much happening from both of them until Manchester City took the lead 2-1 in the 36th minute through a goal from Gabriel Jesus with Joao Cancelo setting up the assist.

That was the last action as both teams held things firm as they ended the first half with Man City 2-1 Liverpool as they both headed inside for the break after an amazing 45 minutes of football.

Second Half Report

The second half of the match was brilliant coming from both teams who continued from where they left off in the first 45 minutes which was amazing.

Liverpool wasted no time in coming back level into the game in the 46th minute as Mohamed Salah set up Sadio Mane who finished off neatly making things 2-2 as it carried on.

Raheem Sterling took he scored the lead for his side in the 63rd minute but unfortunately it was reviewed and called off by VAR.

Man City continued pressing to make sure they restore their lead which wasn’t looking like it will happen for them as the match progressed hitting the 80th minute.

The match ended with Man City 2-2 Liverpool as they both settled for one point each which see the English Premier League table unchanged.
