“Thank You For Everything” Xavi Moved With Tears As He Bids Emotional Farewell To Players

Xavi Hernandez On Friday was driven to tears when he said his final goodbyes to Andre Ayew and the other Al Sadd teammates.

Xavi Hernandez recieved farewell appreciation and recognition from players with after he was announced after new Barcelona’s manager.

The 31-year-old was emotional when he met Xavi for the last time as he prepared to move back to Spain to join the Blaugrana.

“It’s an honor to have worked with you,” Ayew who had tweeted on his official Twitter page after Xavi made his final pleasantries with the player.

“Thank you for everything, how humble you can be is so challenging despite your achievements. I can tell you that in these few months with you I learnt a lot.”

“So honored to have worked and learnt from a legend in this game. May Allah bless your new taken course, Good luck.”

“Mister thank you for everything. Your humbleness is unique, learned so much in these few months,” Ayew wrote on Twitter.

The Spanish giants revealed on Saturday that they have signed an agreement with Xavi to be their new manager for the next two and a half seasons.
“Barcelona have concluded an agreement with Xavi Hernández to become first team coach for the remainder of the current season and two more seasons,” the club announced in a statement.

“Xavi Hernández, a youth team product at Barça, has left his current club, Al-Sadd of Qatar, after talks held over the last few days with the owners of the club.”
