Man Utd Star Phil Jones WANTED By 13 Different Clubs (Details)

13 Different clubs are now showing interest in signing Manchester United defender Phil Jones in January, MySportDab reports.

Despite not playing in the first-team for over two years, clubs still want to end his Old Trafford nightmare.

Jones has endured another nightmare at United due to a serious knee injury and his last match since in an FA Cup match against Tranmere Rovers in January 2020.

Despite the injury spell, Premier League clubs like Watford and Newcastle United are among 13 clubs who have asked about signing Jones on loan.

However, According to The Sun, United Coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will make a final decision on Jones’ future in December.

Solskjaer doesn’t want to risk having less options available in defence if Jones does leave in January.

In September, Jones was in the squad for the Carabao Cup match against West Ham but did not feature in the game.

He has only played United’s under-23 side so far this season.

Now, it is likely that United would consider a loan transfer to give Jones a chance to rebuild his career.

The centre-back’s current Manchester United contract expires in the summer of 2023.

Jones did not play regularly before his knee injury, but he did score in the 6-0 win at Tranmere.
