FT: Barcelona 3-1 Valencia, Philippe Coutinho STRIKES! (Match Report And Highlight)

Goals from Ansu Fati alongside Memphis Depay and Philippe Coutinho ensured Barcelona came from behind to beat Valencia 1-3, MySportDab reports.

First Half Report

A perfect first half encounter for Barcelona who made sure they had things going their way within the 45 minutes which was good.

Valencia opened the goal scoring in the 5th minute which saw Jose Gaya scored from a perfectly placed finish to give the visitors a 0-1 lead going forward.

The match progressed with Ansu Fati making things level 1-1 in the 13th minute of the game which saw Memphis Depay providing the assistance for the leveler.

It was all going well for Barca who continue to pressure their opponent who had nothing to do than to make sure they defend so hard without conceding.

Memphis Depay put his side ahead in the 41st minutes after he was able to convert from the penalty spot which gave the home side a 2-1 advantage as the game went on.

The first half ended with Barcelona taking the 2-1 advantage into the break after an amazing display against Valencia in the 45 minutes.

Second Half Report

The second half was more closely matched between them both as the game continued to push further with so many opportunities coming through.

Barcelona played more like they used to be when Lionel Messi was still part of the team as they dominated things making sure they push for more goals in the encounter.

It was looking like a game that wont go well for Valencia as they started to make some certain errors which saw them almost conceding another goal which luckily didn’t happen.

Philippe Coutinho finally found a way to make things 3-1 in the 85th minute after a brilliant teamwork effort with Sergino Dest who assisted the Brazilian.

The match ended with Barcelona ensuring their win was on the table as they finished off Valencia by a 3-1 final result which gave them three points.
