FT: Greuther Fuerth 1-3 Bayern Munich, Muller STRIKES! (HIGHLIGHTS)

Bayern Munich claimed a 1-3 win against Greuther Fuerth despite going down one man as Thomas Muller and Joshua Kimmich scored, MySportDab reports.

First Half Report

The first half of the encounter was all about the Bavarians who were unstoppable in every aspect of the game which saw them dominating the 45 minutes.

Bayern Munich opened the goal scoring under 10 minutes as Thomas Muller smashed one past the goalkeeper to put his side ahead 0-1 with a stunning finish.

Things were not favoring Greuther Fuerth as they couldn’t make anything happen with so much pressure thrown at them as the half progressed.

Joshua Kimmich made it 0-2 in the 31st minutes after an amazing display saw Leroy Sane settings up the assist which lead to the second goal scored.

Things continued with same scoreline until the first half ended with Greuther Fuerth 0-2 Bayern Munich as they both headed for the break.

Second Half Report

The second half wasn’t that bad as the Bavarians continued from where they left off in the first 45 minutes which they dominated well.

Greuther Fuerth was so much deep in defending but still couldn’t stop their opponent from scoring more as the encounter progressed.

Benjamin Pavard was sent off in the 48th minute as Bayern Munich was reduced to 10-man after a harsh tackle from the player.

That didn’t stop the visitors from making it count as they continued to press until they forced an own-goal off Griesbeck which saw the scoreline increased to 0-3 in the 68th minute.

The game carried on with more coming from both sides until Cedric Itten scored to make things 1-3 after an amazing display in the 88th minute of the encounter.

Nothing else to report as the encounter progressed and ended with Bayern Munich claiming a 1-3 win against Greuther Fuerth who gave a good account of themselves.
