Bayern Munich CONFIRM Plans To Sign Dortmund Star Erling Haaland (Details)

Bayern Munich have now confirmed their interest in signing Borussia Dortmund Striker Erling Haaland, MySportDab reports.

Bayern sporting director, Hasan Salihamidzic, has confirmed this at a recent press conference.

Haaland is now one of the most wanted footballers in the world.

Other European clubs like Chelsea, Real Madrid, Manchester City, and Manchester United are all interested.

However, Bayern Munich have now taken the first step by confirming their interest in the player.

Speaking to German Media Sport1, Bayern Sporting director Hasan said: ‘He is a top player that everyone in the world wants. Of course we are interested. We would be amateurs not to be interested.’

Haaland has a £68million release clause that will be activated next summer.

However, Borussia Dortmund are currently demanding £150m from any team that wants to sign him this summer.

The Norwegian was heavily linked with going to Chelsea this summer but he dismissed the links and said he was happy at Dortmund.

Speaking about leaving Dortmund, Haaland said: ‘There’s three years left on my contract, I am happy to be here. I hope that’s just rumours because it’s too much money for a person.’

Haaland scored an hat-trick to start the new Bundesliga season in Saturday’s first round German Cup win.

Haaland impressed again last season with 41 goals scored across all competitions.
