Leave Dortmund? Erling Haaland Responds To £150m Transfer Rumours (VIDEO)

Borussia Dortmund Striker Erling Haaland has now responded to rumours that he could leave the Bundesliga club this summer, MySportDab reports.

Haaland has revealed that he is happy at Borussia Dortmund and still has three years left on his contract.

Haaland has been linked with leaving Borussia Dortmund this summer after another impressive season with scored 41 goals last season.

Chelsea first showed interest in Haaland back in March this year.

Real Madrid, Manchester United, and Manchester City have also been previously linked with the player.

Haaland is currently with the Borussia Dortmund squad at their training camp in Switzerland ahead of the 2021/22 season.

Asked about leaving Dortmund, Haaland said: ‘I haven’t spoken to my agent for one month before we talked yesterday.

‘So that is the answer. I hope it’s rumors because that is a lot of money to pay for a player.’

Haaland remains under contract at Borussia Dortmund until 2024.

The Norwegian is happy at Dortmund after winning his first trophy with the club last season.

‘I still have three years on my contract here,’ he added.

‘I’m loving my time here.

‘Yes, the trophy last season was important because that’s what I want.’

Dortmund have already lost Jadon Sancho to Manchester United this summer and don’t plan to lose Haaland too.

Borussia Dortmund sporting director Sebastian Kehl revealed to Sky Germany in July that Haaland is ‘happy’ playing at the club.

Kehl said: ‘There is nothing new. He is part of our plans for the new season. Erling will be back and hungry.

‘He loves to play football, he is comfortable playing for us and he wants to score many goals.’

Chelsea are in need of a new striker this summer, after Olivier Giroud joined AC Milan and Tammy Abraham could also leave.
