Marco Reus and Guerreiro scored as Borussia Dortmund claimed a massive 2-0 win against Union Berlin to keep their top 4 finish hopes alive, MySportDab reports.

The first half of the encounter provided much entertainment as the home side dominated the 45 minutes.

Although that penalty led to the goal as the Norwegian strikes a shot after missing the penalty which resulted in Marco Reus making it 1-0 with an easy finish.

Second Half Report

A poor early second half saw the two teams creating few chances while the away side was more of the defending team.

Borussia Dortmund was confident knocking the ball around and hoping they could break on an attack which would have seen them doubled the lead.

Union Berlin continued to soak in all the pressure as they pushed forward a few things and were denied getting the much-needed leveler.

The game carried on into the last few minutes as both teams continued to fight but nothing coming out of the game until Guerreiro scored in the 88th minute to make it 2-0.

The match finally came to an end with Borussia Dortmund 2-0 Union Berlin, as BVB claimed a vital win to give them hopes of finishing top four.
