FT: Borussia Dortmund 2-2 Sevilla, Haaland Bags BRACE! (Match Highlight)

Erling Haaland scored twice as Borussia Dortmund draw Sevilla 2-2 in the second leg of the UEFA Champions League which they finish 5-4 on aggregate, MySportDab reports.

First Half Report

It was a closely matched first half encounter which provided some good display of football that saw one goal scored by the home side.

Sevilla had things under control as they were the side who needed a turnaround in the second leg after losing at home 3-2 against BVB.

Eventually, Borussia Dortmund took the lead which came through Erling Haaland in the 35th minute of the game after good teamwork with captain Marco Reus to make it 1-0.

The first half of the encounter ended with Borussia Dortmund 1-0 Sevilla as they both headed for the break with an advantage going to the home side.

Second Half Report

It was an electrifying second half of the game in which the home side was much dominant with a certain Norwegian bossing play and causing problems.

Borussia Dortmund thought they increased their lead when Erling Haaland scored in the 48th minute which was canceled before he went on to score a penalty in the 54th minute to make it 2-0.

En-Nesyri pulled one back for Sevilla in the 69th minute which made it 2-1 for his side after a penalty was awarded and he stepped up and converted neatly.

The match progressed without any goal scoring action but the opportunities didn’t stop coming from both sides as the game entered extra time.

En-Nesyri scored a late goal which saw the match ending with Borussia Dortmund 2-2 Sevilla which sees the German side progressed with a 5-4 aggregate.
