Leicester City Vs Manchester United: (Match Preview, Line-up, Team News, EPL Matches Today And More)

Leicester and Manchester United meet again today in an exciting Premier League match, MySportDab reports.

This is the 29th meeting of the clubs in the Premier League history.

United have 19 wins, seven draw, three loses in this iconic Derby fixture.

At the end of last season, Manchester United secured a 2-0 win against Leicester City to finish third in the Premier league.

Leicester head into today’s match after an impressive 2-0 win at Tottenham.

Jamie Vardy scored from the penalty spot and Toby Alderweireld’s own goal helped Leicester secure all three points.

Vardy was later substituted to protect his hip injury.

However, Coach Brendan Rodgers has no concern about Vardy’s fitness.

“It’s the same injury but we had a week to rest which is really nice. We haven’t had much of those,” said Rodgers.

“It will let him recover and hopefully he can play this weekend.”

Rodgers also claimed that Jamie Vardy is “one of the best strikers in the world”.

He added: “There are different strikers in the world, Jamie’s strength is knowing how to threaten the back line.

“The key factor is that he’s got no ego, he works hard, he’s not scared to become dirty, he runs, presses, he’s very good all round.”

However, Manchester United head to the King Power Stadium with a 10-match away winning run.

“I think Ole’s is doing a great job,” said Rodgers.

“Am sure they are disappointed to go out of the Champions League at that early stage.

“Ole has reshaped the team, and he’s working to develop the young players.”
