FT: Arsenal 3-1 Chelsea, Gunners Bounce Back In Derby WIN! (Match Highlight)

Arsenal bounced back from their poor run of form with a huge victory against Chelsea as Lacazette alongside Xhaka and Saka all scored with Tammy Abraham giving the Blues a consolation, MySportDab reports.

First Half Report

The first half was evenly matched with both side giving all their best but the Gunners were the much better team who scored two goals from their two shots on target going forward.

Chelsea didn’t show much sign of hunger as they were pressed back in the early stages of the game which saw the home side almost taking the lead through Gabriel Martinelle who couldn’t convert his chance.

Arsenal took the lead in the 34th minute of the game through a Lacazette goal from the penalty spot after Reece James committed a foul before the Frenchman stepped up and convert it 1-0 for his side.

Xhaka scored with a freekick in the 44th minute as the first half ended with Arsenal 2-0 Chelsea as they both headed for the break with Mikel Arteta’s side taking the much needed advantage which gave them the upper hand.

Second Half Report 

It was more poor performance from all Frank Lampard men who had nothing good to give rather than they conceded one goal more while found the back of the net with a missed penalty.

Bukayo Saka increased Arsenal lead in the game to 3-0 after scoring an outstanding goal from an unbelievable angle which was expected to go in with the aim of crossing to ball which eventually went in the 56th minute.

Chelsea was able to get a consolation goal which came after waves of attack from the players after couple of new players brought in before Tammy Abraham finished off to make it 3-1 in the game.

Jorginho had an opportunity of making it 3-2 but he missed it as the match ended with Arsenal 3-1 Chelsea as they claimed a big victory following their poor run of results which has put them in a difficult position.
