Borussia Dortmund Ban Jadon Sancho AGAIN, Man Utd January Bid?

Borussia Dortmund have now banned Jadon Sancho from leaving Germany to the United Kingdom during the German Bundesliga winter break, MySportDab reports.

BVB return to football action in the DFB Pokal on Tuesday evening but then have no match for a week during the December festive period.

The German Bundesliga winter break would have been a good time for Jadon Sancho to return back to England and celebrate Christmas with his friends and family in UK.

However, due to the new rising Outbreak of the Covid-19 virus in the south east of England, Germany has now restricted travel from the UK.

According to German Newspaper Kicker, Borussia Dortmund have also taken action and believe allowing Sancho back to England is a big risk.

If Sancho leaves Germany, there’s no assurance that he would allow to return back from England.

MySportDab understands that Dortmund want their players back in team training on December 29th ahead of the Bundesliga’s restart in 2021.

Sancho’s form has been the discussed by many fans this season after Manchester United attempts to sign him last summer.

The England international is not at his usual best in the Bundesliga and has failed to score in the German league this season.

Some have claimed that is due to the fact that his dream transfer to Manchester United faild to happen last summer.

However, The 20-year-old has made it clear he’s not affected by the failed transfer.

“I think it’s usual for every footballer to have a slow stage in their career, and I think I’m going through that right now,” Sancho told ITV Sport.

“I’m fully focused on bouncing back to my best and I am happy to have managers who believe in me.”

In December, Dortmund sacked their Swiss coach Lucien Favre after a poor start to the season which included a 5-1 Loss against newly promoted VfB Stuttgart.

Now, Edin Terzic has been appointed as Borrusia Dortmund’s caretaker manager until the end of the 2020-21 Bundesliga season.
