Chelsea Star Thiago Silva Reveal Terrible Headache Problems (Worrying)

Chelsea defender Thiago Silva has revealed that he’s been struggling with headache problems after matches, MySportDab reports.

Before his move to Chelsea this summer, Silva was at Paris Saint-Germain for the last seven years.

Silva has now adapted to the Premier League football level after his arrival from PSG.

The Brazilian was signed to improve Frank Lampard’s new defence after his PSG contract expired.

He struggled to impress in his first match for Chelsea and even caused a poor goal after he slipped in the West Brom match.

In that game, Chelsea conceded three goals against West Brom but recovered in the second half.

Chelsea now have five clean sheets from their last six matches across all competitions.

But Silva playing frequently has now affected him in the worst way possible.

Silva has revealed that he has been struggling physically due to the intensity of Premier League football.

He said: “After my last two matches, I’ve had a bad headache because there are so many aerial duels and high pace of play.”

Thiago Silva went on to complain about the hectic match schedules.

Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester City and Manchester United all have a tight fixture schedule this season due to playing in the Champions League and Premier League.

Now, Silva has admitted the number of games players have to get past is quite “worrying”.

He said: “We have to constantly work on ourselves.

“You lose some players because of Covid-19 cases or through injured because we’re playing so many games. We’re human not machines.”

Thiago Silva scored his first Chelsea goal on Saturday as the Blues won 4-1 against Sheffield United at Stamford Bridge.
