Dortmund WARNS Man United Won’t Get A Cut Price For Jadon Sancho

Man United has been warned by Dortmund that Jadon Sancho won’t be sold for anything less than his asking price, MySportdab reports.

Man United have made the young England forward their major target when the transfer window opens on 27 July.

With Dortmund set to snap Jude Bellingham from Birmingham despite United’s interest in signing the 17 year old.

However, in April Man United executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward said the Old Trafford club “were not immune” from the financial troubles.

Which was caused by matches having to be played behind closed doors and the rebates required to be paid back to broadcasters.

Although sources have rejected reports they had put a £50m price on Jadon Sancho, Woodward’s statement meant United have less to spend.

Sancho Man United

MySportDab understands the German side are resolute in their desire to stick by their valuation for Sancho.

Sancho’s current £190k a week contract runs to 2022, which Dortmund believe puts them in a position of keeping the player.

Unlike the German side, Man United are still fighting to secure a place in next season’s Champions League.

If United fail to beat either Chelsea or Leicester for a top four place in the Premier League all hope is not lost.

They could still qualify for the Champions League if they can go on by winning Europa League.

However, the final of that competition will not be played until 21 August.

Just over six weeks before the international transfer window closes on 5 October.
