Wow! Barcelona Ready To SELL Philippe Coutinho In Newcastle Deal

Barcelona are ready to sell midfielder Philippe Coutinho to Newcastle in the summer transfer window once their takeover bid is completed, MySportDab reports.

Newcastle’s expected new Saudi owners want Philippe Coutinho to become their first signed player and also plan to appoint Mauricio Pochettino as coach.

Coutinho failed to impress at Barcelona since his exit from Liverpool in 2018 for £142million.

The Brazilian remains on loan at Bayern Munich for this season but would return to Spain at the end of the season.

MySportDab understands Barcelona are desperately in search of a club who will sign him and end his wages problem for the club.

According to Spanish Newsoutlet Mundo Deportivo, Barca see Newcastle as the perfect club to sign Countinho.

Saudi royalty Mohammed bin Salam is very close to complete his £300m deal to buy Newcastle from owner Mike Ashley.

Once that purchase is completed, the new owners plan to replace Coach Steve Bruce with former Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino.

Tottenham sacked Pochettino in November of 2019 and was placed on leave but will officially become a free agent in June.

Once Pochettino is appointed, Newcastle will try to make Coutinho their first massive signing as part of a squad overall.

Barcelona are now waiting for Newcastle to finally get their new owners deal sealed before agreeing a deal for the playmaker.

The La Liga want at least £100m for a permanent deal but the coronavirus crisis will allow them accept a temporary loan deal.

Pochettino and Coutinho both worked together when he was Espanyol Coach during the 2011-12 season which was his first job in football management
