‘I’m Finished With Boxing’: Floyd Mayweather Denies Retirement Comeback Plans!

Boxing Legend Floyd Mayweather has denied plans to come out of retirement and revealed that he’s done with boxing’, MySportDab reports.

There are talks in the news that Mayweather could return to fight against Adrien Broner in a surprise bout.

However, Mayweather has denied such claims and revealed he won’t face boxers who ‘sell out little arenas’.

‘They are just rumours. I’m totally finished with boxing. I’m retired. I have stayed in shape,’ Mayweather told Fight Hype.

‘I never retired from business. Would I take on McGregor? Some people make over $370million. I earned that in one night. I earned over $320m twice and It took me only 36 minutes or 28 minutes.

‘If this Broner wants to fight Floyd, I am saying now that ‘you guys sell out small arenas and do little baby moves, not bad, but I’m too old for that and wiser.

‘Which means that I don’t plan to end up like my uncle Rog. A lot of people don’t even know when to give up.

‘Even the fight with McGregor it was smart on my behalf and smart on his behalf. I can make more money than any other fighter.’

Mayweather revealed that he is enjoying being retired but did suggest that he could return for a fight against a fighter who sells out big arenas

He added: ‘Even if I fight again it’s just entertainment and business. I’m not returning to boxing, absolutely no boxing.

‘I’m retired, done and I love my life. I enjoy retirement.

‘If I get the opportunity to have fun and make like $600million, why not?

‘If I wanted to come back, why would I fight against someone that only sells out small places?’.

Mayweather has completed over 50 fights during his boxing career, winning all and not losing any.

He remains one of the greatest boxers to have won 15 major world titles.
