RB Leipzig Star Timo Werner Ready To Sign For Liverpool

RB Leipzig Striker Timo Werner is now ready to sign for Premier League club Liverpool if his £52m release clause is paid, MySportDab reports.

The German forward has impressed this season and wants a move to the Premier League even before the league season is completed.

Werner has a release clause of £52million, which means he would leave RB Leipzig if the fee is paid.

The 23-year-old remains committed to finish the season with Leipzig and was ready to make a final decision on his future after the season.

According to Sky Sports, Timo Werner has decided he’s ready to join Liverpool.

“Many believe I would fit in at Liverpool given my playing style.

“But I’m not thinking about that right now because there’s still alot to be done here at Leipzig.”

However, MySportDab understands that Liverpool are not willing to trigger his release clause before the June 15 deadline.

The Anfield club have put all transfer business on hold due to the coronavirus crisis.

RB Leipzig do not want to lose their forward Werner, who is very key to Coach Julian Nagelsmann’s plans to challenge for the Bundesliga title.
