OMG! Inter Milan Vs Sampdoria Among 3 Matches Postponed Over Coronavirus Outbreak In Italy!

Inter Milan’s match against Sampdoria is one of three Serie A games that have been postponed due to fears over the coronavirus outbreak in Italy with two deaths so far, MySportDab reports.


The Prime Minister of Italy confirmed that Verona Vs Cagliari and Atlanta vs Sassuolo will also not be played as scheduled before.
Italian Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte made the decision to postpone the three Serie A games over fears of the coronavirus outbreak.
Several Italian lower league games were also postponed ahead of the weekend after a woman in Lombardy became the second person to die this week.
Inter were looking to get back on track with Serie A leaders Juventus after their match on Saturday.
Cristiano Ronaldo and Aaron Ramsey both scored to give Juve a 2-1 win over SPAL, which extended their lead at the top to four points over Lazio and six points over Inter.
And now, Antonio Conte’s side will have to wait before they can try to cut down that lead.
Amid fears over the Coronavirus spreading, Prime Minister Conte confirmed on Saturday that the country’s minister for sport had taken the decision to postpone the matches.

MySportDab understands 42 amateur and lower-league matches had already been cancelled in Italy this weekend due to the outbreak, with the number of confirmed cases increasing fast.
In Italy, There are now a reported 79 cases of people suffering from the Coronavirus, with two dead already.
A Serie B match between Cremonese and Ascoli has also been cancelled.
The game was set to be played at the Ascoli Piceno area, which is currently in a state of emergency as a result of the virus outbreak.
