'I'll Do Everything To Stay' Alvaro Morata Rejects Chelsea Return

Chelsea striker Alvaro Morata has revealed he is not interested in a return to the club despite only being on loan at Atletico Madrid, MySportDab reports.

The Spaniard ended a miserable 18 months in London by joining Atletico in January on a temporary season-and-a-half deal.

The striker struggled with form and injuries at Stamford Bridge and insists it is 'clear what I want' having returned to the Spanish capital.

"I want to be here, I'm going to do everything I can to continue playing here," he told reporters on Thursday.

"I did everything in my power to come, and I'll do everything in my power to stay.

"I do not even consider going to another club. I'm delighted and I think I have to do a lot of things here.

"I do not have anything else in mind, I would like to be at Atletico Madrid all the years that I have left of my career, to be as important as possible in the future."

The 26-year-old scored 24 times in 72 appearances for Chelsea but has rediscovered his eye for goal back in Spain.

However, Morata has found the back of the net six times in 15 La Liga appearances for Atletico.
