Arsenal Coach Unai Emery Provides Update On Rob Holding’s Injury After Man Utd Draw

Arsenal Coach Unai Emery has provided an injury update on defender Rob Holding after the 2-2 draw against Manchester United on Wednesday.

Goals from Skrodan Mustafi and a home goal by Marcos Rojo gave Arsenal 2 goals in no time at Old Trafford.

However, United came back into the match twice thanks to goals from Anthony Martial and Jesse Lingard.

Speaking about Rob Holding’s Injury, Emery said: “It was the worst news for us.

“Rob Holding, we are going to wait for the doctors, but it is a big injury. It’s his knee.”

On the 2-2 draw against United, Emery said: “I am very proud for our work and how we responded in the 90 minutes.

"When we are winning it was a good moment but they equalised very quickly then we got up after their two goals.

“In the second half, our players worked to find a way to win. I think we were close, more than them, to do the third goal but De Gea saved two or three times with good action,” he told Sky Sports.

Arsenal now play Huddersfield Town next in the Premier League on Saturday.
